  • In addition to my daily duties of managing the kitchen/bar completing inventory and meeting the service industry requirements. I have been involved in 35 Outback openings. These openings require back and front the house experience, knowledge of specs and ability to meet OUTBACK protocol and standards, as well traveled to any Outback anywhere I was asked. I worked for the OUTBACK company for over 27 years and have worked, trained and experienced all positions within the company. I have Management experience, which allows me an opportunity to assist other employees and work directly with the customers in a different fashion than 1:1 as a customer/server relationship. In my day-to-day position I show ANYONE how to manage inventory, provide service to customers and over see that the product being delivered is that of quality and OUTBACK standard. In addition, I am RAMP Certified. All these certifications are updated by law and in the timeframe allotted.
