Daily Duties:
Answer incoming calls
Check customers in/ enter visits into Palm
Assist Manager and Showroom as needed
Open/Close showroom as needed.
Check stock as needed for Account managers
Apply credits to customer accounts
Interact with customers in the showroom and return phone calls as needed.
Review open PO report daily and review with Account managers.
Check open orders to insure material is arriving when scheduled.
Make calls to clients when materials have arrived to schedule pickup.
Assist Account Managers in maintaining proper flow of orders getting delivered within 2 week guideline.
Create sharepoints for claims/returns
