I complete screening for new inmates. I make sure they are stable enough to remain in the jail setting. I also assess vitals and complete medical intakes to get details on their medical history to assist in making sure they receive adequate care while they are housed in the corrections setting. I also assist with medical emergencies in the jail as needed.
