Jacob and Brian both boys were special needs. Worked on reading, math, word lists, pronouncing letters, ABCs counting, manners, writing
Responded proactively to emerging challenges by adapting instructional strategies as needed, ensuring continuous progress toward established goals for each student's academic success and personal growth. Dealt with attitudes from both boys as they surfaced. Bathroom duties as needed.
In the middle of the year I
started aiding on the buses for all 3 runs, morning, 10:30, and 2:30. I still worked with the boys after the morning run.
Jacob started middle school this year, Brian was with me for this school year. Concentrated on reading, numbers, clock, addition, read books to for him to follow along then have read back, visual aide books, comparisons, shapes, more than, less than, items and numbers, and chrome books with school programs he worked on with supervision.
