Researching Medicare grievances with prescription drug Part D coverage and resolving problems, and sending resolution letters.

Prior to Government Program Research Team at Prime Therapeutics I was a Member Service Agent. Responsible for taking both commercial and Medicare member service inbound calls regarding their pharmacy benefits. Also taking calls from pharmacies to help process claims correctly to the insurance.

Actively involved in mentoring several new hire classes including commercial and Medicare Member Service Agents. I have worked on the agent assist line helping agents with difficult calls.

Early this year I was among one of the top four agents in the Omaha contact center selected to attend the SQM awards in Vernon BC Canada. I was recognized for most improved agent of 2016.
