Summary

As a Instructional Tech Classroom Manager I have been developing my strength portfolio in my daily interactions with unexpected issues in both technology and students alike. I provide extensive troubleshooting and equipment maintenance unless controlled by admin. I've expanded my ability to support diverse student needs through effective communication and collaboration with teachers and admin. alike. Always willing to lend a hand where there is work to be done. Students deserve to be given the best and most powerful tools to be able to accomplish their future goals. We are here to not only guide them by correcting any behavior that may hurt them or others but to also provide clear instruction and different avenues when necessary when they are faced with a learning difficulties.

In conclusion I believe that I am a great candidate since I have the skills not only as an instructional aide but also as a tech support since my current position provided me with these skills.

I absolutely love my work...I do not consider it a job and should you give me an opportunity I promise to not let your students down. I am in for the long haul.
