Personal Interests

I am a mom of two beautiful kids, with whom I enjoy spending time with and passing on my love of books. My creative outlet is pottery where I use my wheel to make mugs, plates, planters and bowls. Pottery has cultivated my patience, the importance of trial and error, and the ability to start over when something breaks. I love a good Podcast that helps me see the world through a different perspective than my own. I love reading historical fiction, and can get lost in books. Health is very important to me and I enjoy exercise, walks through the Redwoods, and exploring King Tides when life allows it.
