Summary

After a 12 year tour in the United States Army, the goal was to enjoy a career in design and construction management. My journey has seen me practicing in New Orleans, New York, Dallas and Las Vegas areas for the last 31 plus years. This experience has helped me to foster an extensive knowledge of in wide array of project types and delivery systems. In my role as Project manager; I've assisted ownership in fashioning RFPs for their respective projects. Reviewed all documents related to the new projects to identify and capture all relevant requirements. I've worked with other Product managers to prepare detailed proposal content, cover letters, response to questions that support the agreed upon strategy.

  • Coordinated construction and scheduling with project managers and Sub contractors.
  • Caesar's Hotel and Casino New Orleans:
  • Managed construction of (4) guestroom floors and corridors; (80,000 sqft.)
  • Managed construction of the Hotel Main Reservation and circulation floor, including shops, and pubic service spaces.(30,000 sqft.)
  • Attended and participated in construction and Owner/Architect/ Contractors meeting Collaborated with management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.
  • Supervised Sub leaders to maximize quality and work efficiency.
