In my role as Onboarding Specialist at Nectar, I guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they can effectively set up their accounts, navigate the platform, and configure recognition programs tailored to their company’s culture and goals. I provide live and recorded training sessions, support clients in customizing their programs, and foster strong relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams and use client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
