I am an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a strong background in physical education and youth development. With a Bachelor of Science in Education , I've gained valuable experience in both classroom and extracurricular settings. My roles as a Physical Education Paraprofessional, After School Program Staff and Kindergarten Dual language Teacher have helped me create engaging and inclusive learning environments where students can thrive. I'm passionate about building strong connections with students, parents, and colleagues through open communication and support. I excel in communication, organizational skills, and leadership, by fostering relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. My commitment to student success is reflected in my ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a strong work ethic. I remain passionate about mentoring and empowering students and strive to inspire them to reach their full potential both academically and personally. I am passionate about being an education where I can focus on my skills in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that cultivates respect for cultural diversity. Some of my strengths include curriculum development, parent-teacher communication, classroom management and language instruction in English and Spanish. Other contributions include enhancing student engagement, improving learning outcomes, and promoting dual language proficiency among students.
