- I take orders for people when they would like items that come out of the case/display counter or have a call in order
- I also assist customers when they need help finding any items that are stocked in our department or the store in its entirety
- I make and prep items at the beginning of each day and continue to fill those items as the day progresses
- As a porter, I clean the meat cutting room and coolers, and the displays counter. This includes taking apart saws, meat grinders, knives, and any other materials used throughout the day and washing them

- When I arrived at the warehouse I would obtain the necessary equipment to perform the service by checking company provided phone to overview my route.
- For fertilizer, I would need fertilizer bags, a fertilizer cart, a leaf blower, a clipboard, and lawn flags. When arriving at the customer's property I would empty the fertilizer bag into the cart then walk the property making to cover the lawn completely. I would then blow off any fertilizer that was left on concrete to avoid rust spots
- For weed control, I would need to fill up the spray tank on the back of the company-provided truck with proper chemicals and water, gloves, a clipboard, and lawn flags
- When arriving at the property I would turn on the engine to spray the tank then walk the hose from the truck to the backyard. I would then completely cover the yard in the weed control making sure to avoid plants and landscaping
- For both services, I would complete and send an invoice via email detailing the service
- Once returned to the warehouse I would clean materials from truck and fill the spray tank if needed.
