Worked as an operators assistant on a slitter line from 2022- 2024. Building set-ups on arbors for certain widths of cuts for slitting.

Have been working as a crane operator/material handler 2024-present. Daily tasks involve loading van trailers and flat bed trailers with coils using both a forklift and overhead crane. Also stock lines with coils and removing finished coils from production lines. Organizing loads from warehouse and prepping them for shipment.

Scheduled and managed customer appointments. Handled warranty issues, created repair orders and dispatched to technicians. Created estimates and sold services and maintenances to customers. Work closely with clients and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction. Also worked closely with warranty adjustors to ensure customers got coverage.

• Loaded trailers as college help during the summer. Tasks included taking inventory off of the conveyer belt and placing it in the appropriate carts, loading the carts onto the semi trailer according to store and order. This job was very high paced and physically demanding. Taught me excellent time management skills.

• Worked as summer help for four years in the factory where they fabricate steel pipe. Spent most of the time on the benders and packing the pipe onto skids. Also learned how to do change overs on the machines to change the size of the pipe.
