Dynamic line cook with a proven track record at Carrabba's Italian Grill, excelling in time management and customer service. Recognized for training new staff and maintaining high sanitation standards. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering exceptional results and enhancing team performance.
I am a hard worker, and trusted to help cover needs within my work, often helping with caterings and deliveries, going out to deliver food to groups and companies having get together, to much satisfaction at receiving their catering at a punctual time.
My time as a volunteer with the Scera Theater and working concessions at the Megaplex has given me much time in customer service, and problem solving while keeping a professional demeanor and timely action to help solve any issues that arise, while also managing team member's needs as shift lead.
During my time as a volunteer at the Scera Theater, I was undertaking activities within the Boy Scouts of America, working on Merit Badges and learning skills, and with permission from the Scera, and as my project to earn my Eagle Award withing my scouting, I formed and lead a team to dig up, prepare, and lay concrete for the flowerboxes and some trees along the art department building of the Scera Theater, helping to strengthen the area and provide some extra aesthetic to the area.
Another accomplishment is my time during the years 2019-2021, in which I took a break from work to serve a 2 year Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in which I spent time in Paraguay and Kansas serving the communities in which I lived. I often helped with service, helping to repair houses, build chicken coops, and also providing service to clean and maintain houses for elderly or in need families due to the trouble brought on by Covid-19. I also served as a district lead, in which I was in charge of and provided for several pairs of missionaries, helping them to solve problems and provide them insight and guidance for how to help those around them, while also reporting to the Area Leaders needs of my District and missionaries, ensuring we would have the needed materials for us to perform our duties.
