Been working for AMPI for 12 years. I started out as a floor worker and moved my way up to a foreman. Then eventually took a supervisor role in the company. throughout my career with AMPI i achieved alot, such as getting my WI Graders License and Cheese Makers License. Managing all employees schedules, PTO and any tools they need to get the production done without any issues. Making sure all the chemical used is within spec for our equipment, making adjustments to the programs used to control chemical addition. Managing Monthly inventory and ordering for low stock items.
