• As a Hibbing Taconite employee, I have learned and grown with the company in so many ways, from operating 240-ton mining production trucks, bringing iron ore to stockpiles and taconite to our crusher to make pellets for the steel market.
• Use of skid steers to help load and unload parts and products into warehouses and help level and clean up snow, rock and mud.
• operator of haul trucks for 3 years then advanced my career into the concentrator where I worked my way up into a senior position.
• In the concentrator, my daily tasks are to help train new employees, make daily rounds of unplugging dirt and frost chunks of frozen taconite out of feed chutes and apron feeders, clean areas of dirt and mud, along with a lot of physical labor, and repair belts feed conveyor belts.
• This position involves shift work, with 12-hour shifts during which I am mostly on my feet for the whole shift.
• I started my career here in 2019, always putting myself up for tasks to better my education in the mining industry, and always finding ways, through my hard dedication and safe work practices, to be involved within the company.
• My career here has been all about safety, physical labor and dedication to providing for my family and always finding ways to improve my skills.

• Work with families to protect them from daily occurrences like cancer, accidents, heart disease, and stroke. Leave families in a better standing before leaving their workplaces or homes.
• While my time with the company was short, I learned how to better individuals' lives to better set them up for future incidents, which was very rewarding.
• studied and passed state tests for my health insurance license to serve the Minnesota area

My daily job is to use our overhead crane to load and unload products from mining companies like Hibbing Taconite, U.S. Steel products, and even pipes from the pipeline, including HTC elbows, Tacker pipes, MRC piping, and much more.

• My job is to sandblast products to a perfect white coat, and then put in our product to help the rubber seal correctly.
• I also help install rubber into products, buff parts, and help patch holes in parts like flex tubing or cracked rubber.
• worked out of shop at mining companies for failed and worn equipment, such as Hibbing Taconite, US Steel, Mintac, and others.
• This job consists of long hours, shift work, heavy labor, and hard, dedicated work, which I love.

• Consistently exceed sales quota for new and used cars.
• I seek out vehicles that match customers preference at auctions, other dealers or with existing customers who may be looking to upgrade.
• I arrange special orders for customers and encourage test drives to get customers behind the wheel while I seek the opportunity to explain best features on the vehicle.

• My daily job consists of helping individuals with disabilities reach their daily goals including exercise, Cleaning, Reading, Writing and more.
• I supervised clients in the public and private settings, while they also did their regular hygiene routines.
• I provided safe work ethics along with providing transportation to and from appointments while I documented daily performances with my clients.

• As the Head Supervisor at Smith Cleaning, I maintained work sites safely, cleaned various rest facilities, including Lake-land Dental, Marcel, and Grand Rapids Forestry Buildings, and trained and ran a small crew of workers.
• The daily jobs included commercial cleaning, replacing flooring/steam cleaning rugs and stripping and waxing floors.
• I also safely operated cleaning equipment according to protocol.

• Working for this company gave me the experience to use Forklift, Pallet jacks to unload products from semi's, while I helped stock shelves and worked as a team with other employees.
• I worked with customers and built a great rapport for customer service skills.
• The other part of my daily job duties included maintaining the parking lot for customers in a safe manner.

• Construction tear down of buildings, remodel houses including restoration.
• Use of bobcat and other heavy equipment to move tear down equipment.
• Remove old sidings and roof and install new.
• My daily job consists of using machinery to pick up equipment and to dig up trenches for installment of sewer lines, paint houses and to help restore them.
• I always made sure the job site was all complete and equipment was clean and in working condition to use for the next day while making sure all employees and myself were working safely and making sure we were all in good health to work.
