• Mixed liquid formula batches by following specific recipes for each finished product. Followed all processes to ensure that ingredients are good, and that mixing utensils and tanks are clean.
• Followed manufacturing procedures and guidelines to conduct a variety of tasks that are part of the production process, which can include loading materials into production machines, removing packs, and sorting raw materials, or finished products.
• Collected and disposed of garbage and production waste, and clean production equipment and work areas.
• Accountable for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment, including mechanical and programmable controls, as well as completing the necessary filler, conveyor, and palletizer adjustments for changeovers.

• Responsible for picking, stocking, loading, and unloading full pallets or cases of cooler and freezer freight.
• Machine operator of the PIT battery changer. Wore PPE while changing, cleaning, and watering batteries for their PM (check acidity levels, etc.).
• Operated the palletizing machine by changing out shrink wrap, and removing jammed cases and pallet debris from the line.

• Responsible for UPS and FedEx services, and LTL services, with a small group of associates to manage.

• Responsible for all outbound picking, packing, UPS and FedEx services, and LTL services.
• Managed 10 hourly associates in my area’s production with hourly charted metric boards, one-on-one coaching, and daily start-up and shift-ending meetings, which are all reported back to my immediate supervisor.
