Summary

With more than 30 years of experience in live entertainment production, technical operations, and event leadership, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your team while supporting operational excellence and show quality. Throughout my career, I have worked as a performer, designer, event planner, and technician across live concerts, corporate productions, and theatrical events. This diverse background has given me a comprehensive understanding of live event execution—from creative development to technical production and on-site operations. I have partnered with many of Orlando’s leading event production companies and have traveled nationally to support large-scale shows, tours, and special events. My leadership experience includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating technical crews, overseeing audiovisual installations, and ensuring productions are delivered safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality. I bring strong organizational and communication skills, time-management expertise, and a collaborative leadership style that fosters accountability and team unity. Having worked hands-on in both performance and technical environments, I understand the importance of aligning creative vision with operational execution. In addition, I recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Entertainment Management, further strengthening my strategic and managerial capabilities. My goal is to continue advancing in a leadership capacity where I can guide teams, streamline processes, and elevate the guest experience through world-class live entertainment and technical excellence. I am passionate about live events and the power they have to create lasting impressions. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience in production management, audiovisual systems, and team leadership to Disney's Live Events division. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my skills can support your continued success. Sincerely, Dale Rainer Black
