• Managed daily scheduling of patrol personnel, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours or special events.
• Participated in ongoing training programs to remain current on law enforcement trends,. tactics, and technologies.
• Worked as a Corporal for 1 1/2 years before promoting to Sergeant.
• Worked as a Neighborhood Resource Officer for four years. Duties included: using civil and criminal law to address nuisance houses, coordinating city organizations such as Code Enforcement, conducting citizen meetings, networking with City Council members and community leaders.
