• Performs hands on visual and dimensional inspection of incoming parts and materials, assessing compliance with standards, specifications and control drawings.

• Test, calibrate, adjust, and maintain electromechanical, mechanical, optical, Vacuum / Pressure, and Temperature type measuring and indicating instruments.
• Set up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, internally developed procedures, Manufacturer Manuals and other requirements.
• Perform calibration, maintenance and repair activities of electronic measuring and test equipment to commercial specifications and/or internally developed procedures to validate equipment accuracies and performance integrity.

• CMM operator, Program inspections using Solidworks, EDrawings, Calypso and other software.

• Write work instruction documents (WIDS) and update the existing Procedures for changes.

• Run the Flat Panel Incoming inspection side. Provide support for Engineering and our Internal customer in production.

• Proficient at using dial calipers, micrometers, Optical Comparator, CMM, Keyence, and other measuring devises.

• Certified in basic CMM operation, GD&T, and Soldering.

• Inspection, testing, and qualification of PCR medical devise equipment. Including, create reports for records, closed terminated records, and completed chart audits.

• Developed and created a more effective filling system to accelerate paperwork processing including an electronic filing system to make file transfers more efficient and fast to meet critical deadlines.

• Ran the Supplier Quality program and Material Review Board.

• Product expert for the most successful machine, The Film Array.

• Proficient at using dial calipers, micrometers, Optical Comparator, CMM, and other measuring devises.
