• Follow library procedures and comply with all school regulations and policies

• Supervise students in library, hallways, playground and cafeteria

• Help students checking out books, putting books away on shelves, and assist librarian during bookfair while working a POS system

• Coordinate high quality instructional lessons and strategies to assist in transitioning students to college successfully

• Follow up with students one on one on a weekly basis to discuss progress or concerns regarding their classes

• Serve as a resource to the Director of Site Administrator for instructional and fiscal decisions to support all programs

• Provide a highly engaging English learning experience with children between 3-12 years old through the delivery of innovative Disney educational content

• Use immersive learning techniques such as storytelling, singing, and role-playing

• Build strong relationships with parents and keep them updated on child's progress

• Build relationships with student, help them on their college essays and challenge their critical thinking skills

• Ensure students gain a better understanding of grammar, formatting, organization, and scholarly sources

• Edit and revise the work of students while providing them with tips on how to respond easily to creative writing prompts

• Deliver quality feedback based on observation while evaluating student progress

• Provide effective writing techniques at the elementary level and review elementary topics

• Challenge students accordingly based on achievements in writing
