I'm a volunteer dedicated coach with 4+ years of experience leading teams from youth through varsity levels. Strong background in practice planning, athlete mentorship, and performance analysis, with consistent success in building disciplined, competitive program members and team chemistry. Known for clear communication with athletes, families, and staff regarding prep, gameplay, practice, and overall expectations.
I work full time as a firefighter with an average of 2 days a week with the City of Forest Park. This has never hindered my dedication or time commitment. I believe heavily in being into the program and working towards a goal of not just championships, but building young men into fathers, brothers, uncle, and role models who happen to play the game.
I have been blessed to be a part of successful programs and dedicated young men who put Christ and heart into the game. The diamond is not a field to me. It has always been a place to build young men who just happen to be good at God's game.

9 Months- Assisted head coach with practice planning, drills, and athlete skill development.
- Supported game-day operations, including lineups, warmups, and sideline organization, as well as dugout management.
- Monitored athlete conduct and reinforced team expectations during practices, individual drills, and games.
- Communicated schedule updates, attendance needs, and program information to students and families Through Band, Stacked, and standard emails.
- Helped lead Middle School to a runner-up Region Championship.
