Operations / Fulfillment Associate – Key Responsibilities & Strengths

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GLS and ShipDesk operations, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions to associates and leadership.
• Monitor and ensure ESD completion timelines are met to support on-time customer fulfillment and service expectations.
• Support the Pack Manager by taking on additional operational responsibilities to help maintain an efficient, productive work environment.
• Coach and train associates on operational processes and systems to close knowledge gaps and improve performance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of FCAP metrics and Flow Per Hour (FPH) calculations to support staffing and ESD planning.
• Cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions, including Picking, Packing, Lift/Clamp operations.
• Track and log both pack and pick quality errors; provide real-time feedback and performance updates to associates to encourage accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and organization throughout the Pack department
• Monitor staging areas and labor distribution to ensure balanced workflow between Picking and Packing teams.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple departments and operational functions as business needs require.
• Operate with integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments.
