In 2018, I relocated from Connecticut to Denver to accept a job offer. I bring (15) years of experience in managing & leading teams, and more recently I oversee upwards of (165) employees in both field and office settings. I'm very comfortable in this role and believe in leading by example, ensuring that my actions consistently align with my words.

With substantial support from my team, we transformed our office into the top-performing location among 72 nationwide. By the end of 2019, we boosted our revenue from $4.2 million (with a profit of $700,000) to $6.8 million (earning a profit of $1 million). As we closed out 2020, that number rose to $9.4 million (with a profit of $2 million). By the end of 2021, our revenue increased to $12 million, yielding a profit of $3 million. We wrapped up 2022 with $14 million in revenue and a profit of $4 million. With the housing market collapse in 2023, our office faced significant challenges, leading to a decrease in revenue and profit across the board. Beyond our revenue growth, we also improved our Google review rating from 3.6 stars (with 800 reviews) to 4.7 stars with over 4,700 reviews, including approximately 3,800 five-star ratings.

Leading, growing, and coaching my team - both office and field staff - has been instrumental to my success at my current company. By fostering a culture of like-minded individuals united by a common goal, I've established a strong foundation for our achievements throughout the last 5 years.
