
My name is Damion Miller. I am a hardworking individual with an extensive background in customer service, medical reimbursement and contracting. Recently, I was working at Logixhealth as a Contract Analyst, Prior to Contract Analyst, I was working as a Team Lead, Reimbursement Analyst and Call Center Representative. My day-to-day operations consisted of customer service, payment audits, managing a small team, training to finally reading and outlining provider contracts. My time with Logixhealth was just over 10 years.
Prior to Logixhealth I also worked part-time as a deli clerk at Stop & Shop and maintained that position for 15 years. Stop & Shop has taught me customer service skills, inventory management and how to lead. I previously held a position as head clerk where I helped train and lead a group of employees. I also previously worked for GameStop where I specialized in the sale of video game merchandise.
My educational background includes a High School Diploma and an Associate’s Degree in Science.
Outside of spending time with my lovely wife, my interests in my spare time are sports (with baseball being my absolute favorite) I'm also a tech enthusiast whether it be PC building, this is one of my hobbies or just reading about tech innovations Another long-time passion of mine is video games Outside of tech, I have a interest in traveling My goal is to eventually travel to every MLB stadium across the country
