  • Sr. MOSAIQ Consultant brought in to oversee a full scale MOSAIQ Implementation for an existing Medical Oncology facility that is adding a brand-new Radiation Oncology Department with a new Versa HD Accelerator and MONACO Treatment Planning System.
  • This was a two-phase project where we introduced MOSAIQ to the Medical Oncology Practice first and worked with the users to find the right workflows for them as they balanced MOSAIQ and Meditech. Full current and future state analysis was done with Elekta providing the clinical and workflow training and me working directly with Elekta and Hospital IT on all the technical components of the implementation. As a small hospital with limited technical resources, I served as the lead and Project Manager to ensure all technical tasks were addressed, while also providing training to the local technical staff on how to support the application.

I was involved in the initial planning as a MOSAIQ SME, and just as I did with phase one, I managed and oversaw all the technical components related to MOSAIQ as well as ancillary software products such as RadCalc and SunCHECK implementations.
