I had an amazing experience here!! I originally came here just to get my exhaust welded, but stayed after the great customer service and mechanical help. Damon was super welcoming and friendly. They would call me and explain everything they found in my truck, and I really appreciate how the crew would take the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely come back here for all future maintenance and inspections. I could not be happier with the service! Thank you VIP!!

Damon was super helpful. I needed an auto shop to replace my previous shop that screwed up my Tahoe’s steering and a few other items that needed to be taken care of. Damon was very helpful and outlined everything for us. Truck runs great and will definitely come back again. It was a great experience and I felt confident dealing with Damon.

I have been using VIP for the past two years and there is no one better. They are thorough, fast, honest and reasonably priced.

I love these guys from Damon at the front desk to The Mastermind Ken I could not have taken my car to a better place. Wonderful customer service! Very honest and reliable service! I am SO glad I found this shop, after being horribly disappointed by our old local shop. I'm always put in a good mood when I call in, and when I drop off our vehicles. Thank you, Damon!...Even when I fear the cost of repairs. Sometimes the shop pups are there, and offer wonderful emotional support too!...Needed that today.

The Good: Damon is excellent—communicative, transparent, and thorough.
The Bad: Scheduling with VIP means waiting about a week for an appointment. You drop off your car on time, expecting things to move along. Instead, it sits for nearly two days without an update. When you call, you’re told it’s “next in line”—but then it doesn’t go in. Eventually, the response becomes predictable: “We don’t know when we’ll get to it.”

Just leaving Curry's in Leesburg after another great experience at the BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP east of the Pacific Ocean. I drive 30 miles for the opportunity to spend time with Andrew, Damon, Ryan, Steve and an awesome group of technicians. I'd like to spend more time with these great people but they keep my vehicles in such great shape I would just be bothering them. Do yourself a favor and visit these guys.

Honest Review of this shop. This place is phenomenal, the staff, atmosphere, quality of work, and the attention to detail is spot on. I traveled up to VA for work and the driver I carpooled with ended up having a bubble rupture in his tires. We ended up calling and driving to several other shops until we ended up here. I'm extremely grateful we did. The hospitality of Damon and Rod is unmatched. They're genuine down to the core, they treat you like a person, not a robot or as a money symbol. They understood our situation and fast tracked us so we didn't miss out on work.

Mr Tire in Leesburg is the only shop I will take my cars to in this town for tires, brakes and many other services as well. Andrew, Damon and Steve will treat you right and the technicians are very knowledgeable and happy to help. The service team will keep you updated throughout the repair process and treat you fair from car drop-off to pick-up.
