●Responsible for the service of all accounts. This included troubleshooting access control, locking harware, burglar alarms, cctv, paging, nurse call, fire alarms and all inspections and documentation.

Responsible for servicing fire, burglar, cctv systems. This included fire alarm testing and documenting test results. Knowledge and experience with sprinkler systems as far as servicing flow switches, piv's, os&y's.

Responsible for servicing Sonitrol audio alarm systems.

Responsible for servicing fire alarms for multiple school districts in the East Bay.

Aid Sonitrol central station in setting up Contact ID for reporting purposes.

Service technician

Responsible for servicing access control, burglar, fire alarm,cctv and nurse call systems.

Responsible for installation and service and maintenance of access control, burglar, relay logic, relay integration, fire, CCTV, paging, telephone entry, sprinkler monitoring, flow switch and piv installations, fire inspections. Knowledge of elevator phones.

Installed the above equip mostly in large campus sites such as Adobe systems, LSI Logic, Boston Scientific and Quantum. Also installed and serviced large school districts such as Santa Clara Unified School District, Campbell Unified School District, East Side Union High School District.

Other duties for 5 years was service and fire inspection manager. Responsible for 10 fire inspection techs, 4 service coordinators and 10 service techs.
