Additional Information

I was recognized and received 5 keys in the Legal Response Operation. The industry was impacted with an influx of immigration letter requests due to a new requirement for a financial declaration form for immigration sponsor applications from certain countries. With the influx of letters, this has forced the Confirmations, COSC and Legal team to review the current process and work on short term and long-term solutions to accommodate the volume. Process changes discussed include discontinuation of email delivery and redirecting customers to online immigration request instructions and forms.
