Lead a team of project managers and their re-construction projects. Oversight of budgets, schedules, and in house labor. Projects scale from a few thousand dollars to Full house fire rebuilds. Additional responsibilities include schedule design, managing budget, material selection, applying for permits, and overall client satisfaction of 20+ projects at a time.

Hired on as skilled carpenter with experience in framing, tile, roofing, insulation and finished carpentry. I was quickly promoted to Project Manager of the Reconstruction Department. I gained experience in scheduling subs, budgeting, and oversight of in house carpenters.
