Dan Nguyen

A recent graduate with a high level of computer experience as well as grammar & spelling proficiency when it comes to Microsoft Word. However, I possess a basic knowledge and skill when it comes to Microsoft Excel. I have great memorization skills in terms of keeping tabs of names and schedules up to date. I possess an entry to medium level of skill in Photoshop. I always maintain a positive composure when working under pressure. I'm very observant of things around me. I have decent communication skills when interacting with other individuals. However, I work diligently when I am on my own. I always work to resolve any problems that may occur even when under great pressure.

In all honesty, I lack thereof any prior work experience in person. However, I'm eager to learn.

In 2023, I have led an online community of 300 members and it ran for about 3 years. I have experienced with resolving interpersonal issues, negotiations with partnerships, and constantly maintaining positive relations within and out of the community. When odds were stacked against my favor such as people leaving the community due to creative decisions, I always worked towards finding ways to better the community. Prior to leading an online community, I have also co-led various different communities as a book-keeper as keeping tabs of people who have joined or left for various reasons and acted as public relations for the community itself and other communities. I make sure to aid people if they weren't sure about something, resolve problems that they may have towards the community, and listen and pass along their concerns to the central leadership for review.
