I have excellent skills in classroom management and universal instructional design, with particular expertise in leading robust student discussion. Whether facilitating youth or adult learners, I am warm, responsive, and adaptable, ensuring learner engagement and positive collaboration.

Planned, prepared, and delivered rigorous, standards-aligned English / Language Arts instruction for students in grades 9-12. Role highlights:
Acted as Executive Assistant and "Chief of Staff" at large Minneapolis charter school network. Primary responsibilities:
Designed and delivered personalized academic support to students in grades 6-10. Collaborated with families and classroom instructors to target student needs. Planned monthly community service and enrichment field trips. Arranged and supervised travel and programming for multiple out-of-state youth tournaments.
Planned and delivered classroom instruction for 10th grade English / Language Arts students, including developing test preparation materials for Mississippi reading test. Participated in ongoing pedagogy and racial justice training through Teach for America.
