Global Implementation Manager

  • Managed acquisitions from time of sell to customer-facing deployments.
  • Worked with multiple groups to accomplish this i.e. acquired business owner and contacts, IT, billing, contracts, care, acquisitions internal team, operations, and third party subcontractors.
  • Required current business to provide past 6 months worth of billing as well as any billing before Iron Mountain took over servicing.
  • Scheduling the timeline of the current owner giving notice to their customers and the date when Iron Mountain would be taken over servicing.
  • Managed medium to large customer implementations from beginning at contract signing to ending with customer-facing deployments.
  • Multiple implementations happening at the same time. All were mostly at different steps in the process.
  • Prepared Kickoff slides to have a kickoff call with the customer to walk through the process and determine scope, requirements, and expectations.
  • Realigning expectation settings in some instances.
  • Provided a Smartsheet Implementation Dashboard URL for the customer to see the progress of the implementation as well as a repository for all meeting agendas and notes/action items.
  • Weekly touchpoints with customers.
  • Scheduling the timeline of the implementation for the customer depending on certain requirements i.e. canceling previous vendor notice, communicating change to the end employees, etc.
  • Coordinating and communicating with multiple internal teams i.e. operations, logistics, billing, contracts, care, sales and third party subcontractors.
  • Responsible for making sure the contract pricing was inputted in the system correctly and the first invoice was correct before the customer received it.
  • Followed up with the customer once they received the first invoice and answered any questions or explained the billing methodology to them.
  • Book to Billing was done in Salesforce. Responsible for taking the Opportunity and forecasting out 12 months worth of expected revenue.
  • After invoicing was completed going back into Salesforce and actually placing the invoiced amount for the Opportunity. This gave upper management a view in to what Sales had the monetary amount set for the Opportunity verus the amount of revenue actually coming in.
  • Responsible for notes in Salesforce if their were issues with the implementation i.e. implementation not moving as fast as it should be due to customer, internal operations issues, etc.
  • Worked on a small internal team sprint goal to create a Google Site for our team to utilize. Created the Google Site and put a lot of the design options on the different pages just by figuring it out.
  • Always striving to get the customer implemented seamlessly and successfully and as quick as possible to gain the revenue.
