Taught preschool, elementary and middle school classes. Coordinated all volunteers for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening class schedules for a growing church children's ministry. Worked with student helpers of all ages. Organized materials, classrooms and curriculum. Implemented check-in and security procedures. Coordinated VBS for up to 175 children each July. By God's grace, helped grow the children's ministry from less than 10 regular Sunday attendees nine years ago to over 50 children weekly in 2024. Passed this role to a wonderful young leader earlier this year.

Selected curriculum, followed lesson plans, and offered daily instruction to two elementary aged children. Assessed academic growth through assignments, quizzes, and MAP testing.

Manage a household with four children - Joshua born March 2009, Matthew born September 2012, Laurel adopted August 2014 and Luke born October 2017. Daily demonstrate faithful leadership, scheduling, teamwork, creativity, communication and resourcefulness required for success in this role.

Oversaw accounting and finance operations of an international hay company and related corporations. Oversaw three accounting staff as well as led in HR, legal, and compliance for the company. Oversaw monthly financial statements and annual tax preparation. Managed all fixed asset accounting, including a fleet of vehicles and four properties. Managed receivables, payables, and banking. Completed economic data analysis to improve profitability. Served full-time until 2009 and in part-time capacities until 2020.

Researched, modeled and investigated potential stock investments. Assessed current portfolio holdings. Assisted in hedge fund accounting. Managed daily download of trade data for accuracy and tax basis fidelity.
