The company's main focus was to build custom water trucks. My job required mounting water pumps and water tanks to the truck chassis. All of the welding and fabricating was done in a fab shop/warehouse using GMAW and SMAW techniques.

• Used schedule 30 and 40 mild steel and stainless steel pipe.

• Proficient at all welding techniques and positions, whether in open space, over head, or in tight cramped areas.

• Operated Class 1 and Class 5 forklifts.

Some of my job responsibilities were:

• Prepared and cooked a wide variety of BBQ meal items, as well as home made sauces and sides.

• To ensure fast and clear communication with other cooks and employees to ensure timely food orders, especially during peak hours.

• Increased customer satisfaction by efficiently preparing high-quality BBQ dishes.

• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation standards.

• Cleaned grills and fryers at close of business.
