As a small composite technician, my responsibility is to ensure all parts are done at an efficient time and to make sure all parts are built to quality standards. I also work as a team and individually to accomplish day-to-day task
Quality Control Technician
With a spoonful of accountability and an extra dash of passion, I am responsible for maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all packaging area perimeters are met. Along with inputting detailed and accurate information into documentation. I also conduct sanitation audits along with monitor Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
General Laborer / Temporary
On a daily basis, I would assemble food entrees on various production lines. I handled food ingredients per our quality standards and ensured my workmanship of the product is at the best quality. I followed the safety guidelines and made it priority to follow all housekeeping procedures.
I was in charge of ensuring the guest have a good first impression from the moment they enter the restaurant. I was in charge of greeting them, as well as seating them. I used my customer experience to make their night enjoyable from the moment they entered the door.
While I was a Production Trainer at Steak & Shake, I gained a lot of responsibility. I was in charge of teaching new employees their job duties. I had to learn everything in the “back of the house which consisted of Fountain, ran the Drive Thru in a time efficient manner to ensure customer happiness and to make quota. I was in charge of the grill to ensure the food was made properly and time efficiently. I was a server, which consisted of using my customer service skills to handle the table’s needs as well as make them feel welcomed throughout their time at Steak and Shake.
