Qualifications Communities in Schools is an after school program in which I was a Site Director at a Middle School. I sat with the members and assisted them with their homework and then followed them to our building where they would participate in games and other different activities. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland is a premier youth development program in which I was the supervisor of six part time staff. I directed the operating of our 15+ programs. I also managed a university volunteer program, public relations and customer service representation. I am a certified Trainer of Trainers for the organization in the area of program facilitation and operation. Bradley Initiative for Church and Community is a non-profit organization at which I held the position of Youth Development Director. My duties include directing a city wide mentoring program involving the recruiting and training of mentees, mentors along with implementing the match process. As the director I supervised the relations between all mentors and mentees. Under the umbrella of my title I also trained a group of 24 middle and high school students to be the future leaders of our country now. MedSafe is a retailer of plant safety products. It was my responsibility to analyze and update all the pricing in their database for a new catalog. LMS Group includes a Tax Service Business, a Real Estate Business, and an Insurance Business of which my duties include handling data entry, analyzing financials, accounts payables and accounts receivables. Brenntag Southwest is a chemical distribution and manufacturing company. My daily responsibilities include daily rounds of work areas, LOTO procedures, filling ton containers and 150# cylinders with chlorine, filling and loading drums and totes. Loading bulk trailers with NaClO(bleach) and NaOH(caustic soda)
