-Works closely with the Director of Propagation to oversee a 20k sq ft commercial veg room with 1,200 mother plants

-Tends to 5,000 vegging plants going into flower rooms every 14 days

-Cuts and processes 5000-7000 clones every 14 days

-Weekly transplanting, foliar feeds, defoliation, IPM applications and all other aspects of plant maintenance during the vegetative cycle

• Helped oversee 4,000 plants in a 10,000 sqft mixed-light cultivation facility while bringing to profitability in under 2 years.
• Worked closely with manager to ensure all nursery operations ran smoothly.
• Oversaw and partook in daily garden work including transplanting, defoliating, irrigating, harvesting and general farm maintenance.
• Assisted management in all steps of ensuring farm met compliance requirements for annual license.

• Worked on a 7 man team managing and tending to 5 cultivation properties, ranging in size from 12-100 lamps for indoor and 99-300 plant for outdoor.
• Assisted head cultivator in all aspects: build-outs, cloning, transplanting, soil and soilless medium prep, canopy maintenance, feeding calculations, irrigation, optimizing harvesting efficiency and many other aspects of troubleshooting.
• Increase production size from 24 lamps to 130, and two 99 plant outdoor gardens.
