Perform FEED studies for plants on potential large scale projects, equipment upgrades, equipment additions or high level complex projects.
Update and present monthly project updates to senior management covering budget cost tracking, schedule, risks, monthly progress and completed milestones .
Work with engineering firms to develop opinion of probable cost (OPC) and complete up to 60% engineering. The OPC is submitted to senior management for the project approval process.
Develop a request for quote and submit to vendors and contractors for bid. Quotes are compiled and compared for bid selection.

Helped with outage planning by creating the 2021 finish mill and kiln Gantt charts in MS Project using information gathered in a cross functional team of maintenance personnel.

Utilized phase analysis to diagnose a flexing floor under the Raw Mill ID fan. This data determined that an ODS study was required and that a motor issue was causing the 5th floor to oscillate at operating speed.
