• Responsible for coordinating teams of contractors and collaborators on the company’s construction projects (CMPC Celulose Rio Grandense, SAP America, Hospital Mãe de Deus, ULBRA, HPS Canoas, residential, commercial renovations and industrial construction projects). Preparation of budget spreadsheets, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), project plans and quantity takeoffs; monitoring and organizing the physical and financial progress of works to meet the results expected by the client and company management.

• Responsible for managing supplier contracts in accordance with the ABC curve of construction inputs and special items (metal frames, metal tanks, bulletproof glass), as well as other materials used in the construction of prison facilities in the cities of Canoas/RS, Chapecó/SC, Salvador/BA, Vitória da Conquista/BA, Itabuna/BA, among others. Conducted site and supplier visits across Brazil, sourcing and evaluating suppliers.

• Performed quality control activities in civil construction – OFF-SITE – at Alberto Pasqualini Refinery (REFAP S/A), including inspection and issuance of grouting, concreting, and material receiving reports.
  • Conducted civil quality control inspections for the Pipe Rack (piping bridges) during the expansion project of CMPC Celulose Riograndense.

Quality Management Training and Site Supervision – Condomínio Rossi Atlântida

• Conducted quality management training sessions (ITEX – Work Execution Instructions) for team members, providing guidance in accordance with task-specific requirements.
• Monitored project control and concrete traceability processes.
• Performed steel verification and masonry quality inspections in compliance with company standards.
• Ensured coordination and compatibility between design projects and on-site execution.

• Construction and Procurement Supervisor
  • Supervised the execution of a factory expansion project (5,000 m²).
  • Responsible for the regularization project of the Canoas factory.
  • Oversaw construction inspections for Carrefour/Leroy Merlin – Porto Alegre.
  • Managed budgeting and procurement of materials for both the production process and construction projects, including service contracting and supplier negotiations.
  • Supervised the warehouse team, ensuring inventory control and stock management.

• Assisted the team in evaluating the quality of pavement on municipal roads, conducted traffic analysis for the development of traffic light installation plans, and supported the production of graphical materials.

• Responsible for gathering information and preparing construction cost estimates, as well as sourcing and purchasing materials based on the ABC analysis of inputs. Developed architectural and complementary projects (electrical and plumbing) for execution. Acted as the company’s representative in the supervision of various construction projects, including the expansion of Shopping do Vale and renovation of several retail stores within the Canoas Shopping Mall.
