  Led the renovation of 85 low-income housing units across nine buildings, coordinating trades in mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and roofing while minimizing disruptions to residents.
• Scott Lakes Health & Rehab Center, Lakeland, FL (2016) $ 14 M.
  Supervised the construction of a 76,000 sq. ft. skilled nursing facility, including the installation of premium amenities, landscaping, and extensive infrastructure. Managed an average workforce of 120 daily, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Cathedral Townhouse, Jacksonville, FL (2018) $16 M.
  Directed the renovation of a 19-story apartment complex during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring minimal disruption while adhering to safety protocols.

  Managed the renovation and construction of a new clubhouse and 180 apartments, overseeing the project from design to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  Led the construction of new tilt-up panels office, managing subcontractor coordination, procurement, and scheduling to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• The Cove, Worcester, MA (2024)
  Managed the construction of a luxury +200-unit apartment complex with multiple amenities, including retail, restaurant, bowling alley, club lounge, sky deck, work-from-home lounge, etc.,. coordinating a team of 210 personnel including 6 assistant superintendents and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining safety, quality, and budget controls.
• General Superintendent, (2020- 2024)

As a General Construction Superintendent, I was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the SE from inception to completion. I ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. My role involves coordinating the efforts of multiple teams, assisting the pre-con department, interviewing potential candidates, approving employees' time-off requests and project assignments, and being heavily involved in project close-out and warranties. I also review drawings/scope while mitigating risks and addressing challenges.

Oversaw major projects across multiple sectors, including hospitality, retail, and education:

• Hilton Golf & Resort, Cabo, Mexico (2015)
  Led a fast-paced $40M renovation resort (7 months), coordinating roofing, demolition, re-stuccoing efforts and the entire interior of the 375-room luxury resort caused by Hurricane Odile. Managed +150 workers and executed project deliverables on time and within scope.
• Wheeler School, Rhode Island (2014)
  Managed the $14M construction and renovation of a new building, incorporating classrooms, auditoriums, and elevators while ensuring minimal disruption to the school’s operations.
• Sarasota Mall (2014)
  Coordinated punch list items for a $315M, 600,000 sq. ft. mall project, overseeing subcontractors on night shifts to maintain ongoing operations.

Managed a range of residential and commercial projects with a focus on structural steel and medical facilities:

• Monier Roof Tile Plant Assembly ( Lake Wales) Oversaw and directed the complete construction process of an 80,000 sq. ft. structural steel building from inception to completion. Responsibilities included managing project schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring all phases of construction adhered to strict safety standards, budgetary constraints, and quality expectations. Supervised the installation of the structural steel framework, monitored daily on-site operations, and resolved challenges to maintain workflow efficiency. Conducted regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Played a key role in stakeholder communication, providing updates and progress reports to keep the project on track and aligned with client goals.
• Directed the $8M Sanctuary/Church project, earning the company the Master Builder Award for best in the Small Church Category.
