• Managed projects and maintenance on 68 auto dealerships, body shops, Auto manufacturer facilities and properties throughout Michigan and the East Coast.
• Oversaw the supervision and scheduling of multiple concurrent projects and monitored progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conducted regular site inspections to identify potential risks or problems that needed to be addressed.
• Ensured compliance with safety standards, building codes, and other regulations.
• Collaborated closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and consultants during the design phase of the project.
• Provided input into the budgeting process by identifying areas where savings could be achieved.

• Supervision and management of a large renovation to the Ford Motor Company show car facility next to Metro Airport.
• Worked together with the city, state, and FAA inspectors to move the project forward throughout all phases, from start to finish.
• Provided technical guidance and support to extensive site work and underground during clients' operations.
• Ensured compliance with safety standards, building codes, and other regulations.

• Supervision of an extensive 48-acre site project, including the abatement and demolition of 18 homes and 3 commercial buildings in preparation for BMW, Mercedes dealerships, and annex facility.
• Worked closely with the Township and state officials, including attending Township meetings.
• Coordinated with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure their work was completed according to schedule and specifications.

• Collaborated closely with architects, engineers, consultants during design phase of project.

• Complete renovation of the Highline automotive dealership. Includes Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Maserati. Interiors and fascias.
• Established quality control processes extensively throughout the project.
• Oversaw field personnel including foremen, carpenters, laborers and subcontractors to ensure productivity goals were met.
• Conducted regular meetings with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to discuss project status updates.
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Coordinated the ordering and delivery of materials, equipment, supplies and subcontractors needed for the project.
