If you are looking for a fast learning, work hard, go getter then I am your guy!!! I started working for an hvac company straight out of high school after an unexpected shoulder injury cost me my scholarship. I started there as a helper then moved to a mechanic and then within a few years was running my own small jobs. Then my small jobs grew to larger and larger jobs until they were giant buildings in dc with ten plus guys working under me. I went on for several years running large scale jobs until i got to the point where i was no longer satisfied with only doing the hvac side of things, along with being lied to repeatedly about raises, so i seeked out a position as a superintendent. I found a small family owned company and it was a perfect fit for me to learn and grow in this major step in my career! i was put on a seasoned supers site for 3 weeks then released out on my own. I was given a small project then before the year was over i was running 3-4 large projects at a time. I have since then moved to silva due to a pay increase and got to learn a ton about working in the healthcare field. While here i ran several million dollar projects and finished all of them quickly and efficiently. I then was offered a job at Mpak construction again with pay increase so i took it. After being there three months I was promoted to field supervisor and was running all of the superintendents in the field(17.) immediately with that promotion i was also assigned all of the project manager work for all of these projects as well and i learned a lot just being thrown in. I take pride in everything that i do as well as i give everything my best effort. I'm a very organized very driven strategic planner that jumps on any opportunity that presents itself before me and hope that I may have an opportunity with your company and show you what a go getter that I am.
