PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage a caseload of Long Term Disability(LTD) cases that are in longer duration with evolving medical conditions. To have meaningful transparent conversations with customers and clinical partners to gather information relevant to each claim. Make timely, accurate, and fair decisions on claims as they relate to the policy.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Manage 150-200 Short Term Disability claims and determine benefits due pursuant to a disability plan and to ensure the ongoing processing of claims with more than a 97% accuracy rate.
