• Organized game strategies to maximize competitive advantage during matches
• Mentored assistant coaches in developing effective coaching techniques and team management
• Collaborated with school administration to align basketball program goals with educational objectives
• Managed scheduling of practices, games, and transportation logistics for the team
• Promoted sportsmanship among players by emphasizing respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials both on and off the court.
• Monitored players'' academic progress, implementing tutoring support as necessary to maintain eligibility requirements.

I have also worked as a Math Teacher for 37 years. My experience in teaching math has included from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus AB. During this time I have learned to organize activities, teach lessons and prepare students for the next level, whether is was to continue in high school or go on to college level courses.
