• Assist in managing the daily operations in our production line from maintaining rate to rotation and versatility charts to assisting in the training plans for new hires as well as further developing our existing team members’ versatility.
• Lead the start-up discussions and meetings with team members on a daily basis to communicate production goals and sync the teams’ focus for the day based on our numbers from the previous shift.
• Proactively monitor quality dashboards and cross function threads to know where we stand with Quality, Rate or Cost metrics & providing visual aids & numbers with the team to prevent reoccurrence in the future as well as real-time information delivery.
• Push for “5S” protocols and standards in-line when the team experiencing downtime events and keeping the team engaged.

• Associate in Final 3 that developed into a Work Station Trainer role, developed necessary skills to take to the next level such as MRB processing & Quality engagement with our internal teams downstream.

• Current Workstation Trainer who assists and trains new hire/fellow associates on understanding processes to increase versatility within the team as a whole. Ensuring that all associates are following standard processes so that there is no variation in quality from operator to operator.
