  • 2006: 24/7 responsibility, lead tech for the Southfield office's corporate escalation team. Five technicians reported to me and I was responsible for all workflow, scheduling, after hours concerns and customer follow up.
  • 2008: I assisted in the design and buildout of an on course HFC Network for the PGA championship at Oakland Hills golf course. Included fiber design/splicing, local on site insertion as well as implementing an on the fly HFC design for DS plant to provide video services to the on course TV's.
  • 2010-2015: Maintained Oak Park, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield and Birmingham's city fiber PEG channel feeds. I was responsible for coordinating with construction, headend and design as we completed on avg 1-2 node splits in house a week. (Replaced fiber tail, node muxing/splits, coax splicing and power supply reductions)
  • 2016-2018: I was tasked with teaching fiber theory and splicing at Comcast University for multiple Network Commtech 5 classes. I put together presentations and quick reference guides to aid network techs in reading fiber documents, troubleshooting fiber issues/outages and how to properly splice and build out a fiber enclosure. I assisted Headend Engineering in rebuilding the forward broadcast in the one of our OTNs.
  • 2019-2020: I was a link to leadersip candidate, was responsible for a large majority of the node split design in Royal Oak system as well as overseeing/correcting node split proposals completed by other techs in our area. I successfully completed the P.A.L. training program. I put together a quick reference training guide for network technicians that had questions regarding FTTX architecture and 4x4 node splits.
