• Directed the operating room sterile workroom on 2nd shift. I was responsible for verifying safety documents on an hourly basis, lead work force in workroom, check automated equipment regularly for safety inspections and work with doctors and nurses to fulfill the instrument needs of surgical procedures. At the end of the night I was responsible for sending an “End Of Shift” report to my manager discussing any issues or items that came up during the shift period.

• I was responsible for directing the Velocity program with my colleagues in the operation department. This program was a high speed regional freight exchange program where million plus pounds of freight was unloaded and moved to exchange trailers for next day delivery. To operate successfully the supervisors were to confirm all movement of incoming and outgoing freight with no less than a 100 percent success rate.

• I carried many titles with this position. I worked in sales, warehouse operations, accounts billable and transportation. I was to confirm orders, direct warehouse personnel to gathering orders and outbound deliveries. I also handled inventory documentation and sales invoices. I worked directly under the owner of the company and was successful at adding 30 percent new business in the years 2005 – 2007.

• I oversaw the automated business for the owner reporting to him with revenue information, technical issues and new innovation. I was responsible for meeting with our accounting team quarterly to verify income and discuss and questions that may arise. Finally, I was responsible for the employee’s schedule.
