Oversee plan terminations, including initial planning, timeline development, communication, and execution of required actions.
Use various benchmarking tools, overseeing repricing efforts with review of fee benchmarking and plan expenses for comparison of the client's pricing to the market
Provides proactive consultation regarding plan design and plan administration
Effectively manages vendor and advisor relationships, making long lasting partnerships
Provides oversight of client transition and implementation projects between vendors
Maintains and updates client database with administrative and plan updates
Provide premier client service and plan administration for a book of 20 DC plans - 401(k), 401(a), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase Plans, DB/DC Combo
Perform compliance and non-discrimination testing - ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 415, 414(s), 410(b), 401(a)(4)
Review peer administration - approximately 400 plans
Plan Document Review and Consulting
Census review and calculation of eligibility
Identify and resolve plan discrepancies using the IRS (EPCRS)
Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS
