Dan Mascia's Resolutions, was a great endeavor that I learned an incredible amount from. I had multiple trucks and equipment to maintain, as well as bank accounts, loans, and advertisements. I had a website, phone line, email, mail ads, and maintained an optimized Google page, at times putting my ad in the top 10 search results, with 5 star rating. I managed my borrowing, growth, ROI, taxes, and revenue myself. I did quite well for many years. Instead of taking on larger risk with borrowing with rising interest rates and projecting a smaller ROI, I exited to focus on a single career path.
