I have worked hard to be a strong leader and effective communicator, adept at team management and multitasking. At Chick-fil-A, I spearheaded performance improvement initiatives, boosting team efficiency by 20%. I grew up in the church but I didn't know what it meant to truly have a relationship with Jesus until August of 2024. I had been attending and volunteering at Journey Church for about a year at this point already, and I felt God telling me to take a step of faith and to stop trying to get His will to align with mine but to relinquish control and let Him work in me. Once I did so, He led me out of a toxic relationship and working environment and surrounded me with people that loved me and truly sought to help me take steps of faith. I am still learning a lot, but I know that whatever His will for me is, I need to be willing to follow.
